Spring Cleaning Checklist
Even with the weather having a mind of its own these past few weeks, Spring is right around the corner. Along many great aspects of this upcoming season, spring cleaning makes the list. Some dread this spring time activity but others may look forward to it the most. Spring cleaning can be different for everyone, but if you are unsure where to start here's a few check points to get you started.
Let some sun in. If you have windows, pull back the blinds and open it up. Your house has been closed up for a while now and it's time to let her breathe. If your windows need some cleaning attention a fun little tip; wash your windows on a cloudy to reduce streaks.
Find the smell. Take this time to clean the areas of the house that haven't had any attention in a while. Wash the inside of your fridge with baking soda and water. Boil lemon juice in the microwave and put in the dishwasher to remove any smells.
Flip the bed. Strip the bedding and get it all clean and fresh. Also, if you haven't done it in a while it may be time to flip and rotate your mattress.
Wall washing. You'd be surprised what your walls can hold. From grease, dust, even smoke can adhere to walls. Yuck! You can wash your walls with general-purpose cleaner and hot water. Make sure to wash the mop head in clean water frequently, and don't press too hard.
